Mr Manqani, a truck driver for ProTech Ready Mix (TYP164GP) was driving along Main Reef Road, skipping several red robots (3 eye-witnesses) and finally ploughs into my Citi Golf, writing it off. After more than a month since the incident, still no word from them, they are not contacting my lawyer, I have no car and have problems with my neck, hip, back etc etc... A few days ago, I was driving along the same road, when I saw the SAME driver, driving that truck! How can he still have a job as a driver when he is so negligent and wreckless nearly killing me? Does he actually have to KILL someone before he gets fired? He put me out of a car, in terrible pain, and now they dont even respond to lawyers letters etc? Where are the ethics of this company? not once did anyone offer to send me a courtesy car! what ever happened to 'you break, you pay' - what is so difficult about that??? I had only a few more months to finish paying off my car - which was bought BRAND new and now I have to start all over again! Im not asking for a BMW to replace my little Golf, but give me back what you took from me!
